Ladies,
It is time to vote on how you
would like our donations to TAMU Student Organizations to be distributed.
Each paid member gets 15 votes to be distributed among up to 15 student
organizations per member. You may distribute your votes in whole numbers in
any manner you wish – all 15 votes to one organization, one vote to 15
different organizations, or in any other manner that adds up to 15.
The votes will be tallied and
distributed by the number of votes received. The dollar amount will be
determined on how much money we have left after scholarships are awarded and
less the operating carry over for the start of next year. Any organization
that receives at least one vote, will get at least the amount equal to one
vote.
The attached list includes the
list of organizations supplied by Federation of A&M Mother’s Club,
organizations that have been written before, as well, as organizations that
have requested funds from us throughout the year. It does NOT include EVERY
recognized student organization (there are over 800). If you don’t find the
organization that you would like to donate to, then you may write in the name
of the organization(s) at the end of the list. Please make sure that the
organization is an officially recognized organization or they can not receive
the money.
There are two attachments –
one in Excel and one in
PDF (if you don’t have Excel).
Your name must be on it or your votes will not be counted. Only one form per
member. Fill out either one (I prefer Excel) but only send ONE to me – in
person at the April 17 meeting, by mail, or electronically to
agmom77@yahoo.com.
I need to receive your votes by April 24, 2006 or they will not be counted.
