What does “Better Together” look like? It is a group of caring volunteers stepping-up to help one another when needed. I am proud to be a part of an organization where so many Aggie Moms worked together to fill gaps when illness, emergencies, and need arose.  A few examples of Aggie Moms helping one another are:   

• The New Moms Welcome—our Board Members hosted a high tea for new Aggie Moms on Sunday, September 17th. They decorated tables, donated food, and spent a few hours getting to know our new Aggie Moms.  

• Our President-Elect, Jamie Hanna, stepped-in to lead two events in my absence. While our Bylaws allow for this, Jamie accepted my call for help. For that, I am very grateful.  

• Our VP of Communications, Patti Hayden, answered the call to help when we needed three slideshow decks for two separate events. Quick thinking and sharp skills helped her complete the task.  

• A handful of Aggie Moms brought snacks to our September 18th General Meeting to feed fellow attendees. 

We thank you! Lastly, it is you, our Members, who have made monetary contributions towards our NTX Giving Day plea and general donations either monetarily or by purchasing our fundraising products such as Boutique items or Pecans. We appreciate your continued support! With pride, I can announce that we ARE better together.
