Scholarship Applications

our Scholarship period will begin in January 2026 and will close in March 2026.

The Collin County Aggie Moms Club is committed to offering students available scholarships to assist them financially in meeting their educational goals. Over the last four years, CCAM has awarded an average of 16 annual scholarships. We are committed to assisting students in meeting their educational goals. Every year it takes dozens of volunteers to support this endeavor. Annual club fundraising activities have a direct impact on the number of scholarships we can provide.

In 2025, we were able to provide 9 scholarships in the amount of $1,000 to freshmen, transfer, and current A&M students! In addition to our annual awards, we also provide two 4-year endowments through the Texas A&M Foundation and are currently working on funding a third. Our simple eligibility requirements, coupled with our scoring categories of Character, Leadership, Aggie Spirit, Academics, and Volunteerism, help us to determine the best applicants each year.

OUR 2025 DONATIONS:

$24,000 donated
to Texas A&M University

This past year our theme was "Bee the Difference, in our Community, with our Students, and with each other."

So how did we do?

In our Community we: collected non perishables for the 12th Can Food Pantry, filled 20 Goodie Bags to be distributed to students in the Aggie Recovery Center, and participated in the Big Event by filling nearly 50 Mother's Day gift bags for Hope's Door which provides support to women and children affected by family violence.

With our Students we: hosted a Howdy Party to welcome new students and their families. Celebrated our graduates after each of the 3 graduations. Awarded 9 - $1,000 scholarships 2- endowment scholarships awarded by Texas A&M and sent $4,000 toward our 3rd endowment scholarship, awarded $11,000 to nearly 100 Texas A&M Student Organizations. We spoke at the new TAMU Engineering  Academy to welcome them, and traveled to College Station twice to distribute Goodie Bags.

With each other we: So much fun was going on this year. We held our first annual Howdy Week - Aggie Mom Style which was kicked off by our New Moms Welcome followed by Bunco at our first meeting, a dinner, a book club event, a football watch party and a day to text some love to our Aggies! During the year we had 2 Aggie Angel events for our new moms, 10 book club meetings, 3 football watch parties, 5 dinners, 2 brunches, 4 social meetings and 3 meetings with speakers, recognized our past presidents and welcomed our Ring of Honor Moms.

All in all, we had a very successful year and with out your time and patronage it would not have been possible! THANK YOU! Congratulations to all!

OUR 2024 DONATIONS:

$35,500 donated
to Texas A&M University

While we had many successes this year, we also had adversity. Our Board Members dealt with illnesses/disease/breast cancer, caring for parents, parent illness, familial death, divorce, job loss/changes, moving homes, burnout, and other challenges. We started with a nearly full Board of Directors and ended with a few dropping out. We also had a few board members take on multiple roles. All-in-all, the year encompassed the “Better Together” theme as it took an entire team of volunteers to keep the CCAM events and programs fun and engaging for our membership! Plus, we achieved our financial goals and mission of awarding $13,500.00 in scholarships, paid $5,000.00 towards funding our 3rd Endowment Scholarship, and pledged to send $17,000.00 in funds to a list of Texas A&M student organizations as voted on by our members. It has been with your help as members, volunteers, donors, friends, and leaders that we have had a full schedule of successful events and programs. THANK YOU for your time and patronage! Congratulations to all!
